Its location was quiet, 5 minutes walk away from Agios Dimitrios Church. The window was facing mountain.

The marble staircase in the apartment was fabulous, it made me feel like I was in a royal palace. I also enjoyed the complimentary wireless Internet access, it allowed me to scroll through social media while pretending to be interested in the historical sites nearby. And the scuba diving and snorkeling were absolutely exhilarating, I almost drowned but hey, it was fun!
Oh, how I loved having to let the property know in advance that I would be checking-in outside of their designated hours. It made me feel so important, as if the whole world revolved around my schedule.

The personal good service, and the new and nice design. That it was so quiet due to low amounts of other guests yet. Surely this will be full very soon.
That it showed rooms with a view and then when we got there there was no view from our room, as this was only from larger appartments. Should have said so in the annoucement text on the website. But now we know and can ask for a room with a view next time.

Value for money. The best hospitality in the best price. Brand new and the people (owners) was so friendly. I think Greece and Crete need people like those in the tourism business. Nice design - large rooms - foul functionality - foul hospitality.

Best value for money I've ever come across. We got a 5 bed flat which was superb! Fully equipped, very clean, nice location, nice view. The owners where very friendly, So friendly that gave me the feeling that friends where welcoming us on their home. Thank you very much. I would highly recommend this hotel to everybody. Not having breakfast was a positive thing. In most cases, hotel breakfast is overpriced. There are many supermarkets and bakeries around, we had excellent breakfasts on our balcony at only a fraction of the price usually paid.
This is a new hotel, I hope the owners will keep the same low prices and high standards in the coming years.

The private balconies offer amazing views of the sea, pool, sunset, hills, and village of Platanias. You can really unwind and enjoy the beauty of Crete from your own balcony.
Personally, I found the design of the rooms a bit too bright and colorful for my taste. However, I understand that others may enjoy the modern and vibrant ambiance.

The rooms are large compared to the other places we rented in greece. It is a newer hotel so everything was new and had no issues with the room's appliances.
We are fom North America so we are used to better signage to find places. Greece in general needs better signs. The hotel needs bigger signs and a sign for the main office area as we could not find it.

The rooms at Esthisis Suites Chania are amazing! They are spacious and bright, with beautiful views from the private balconies. The living room and fully equipped kitchen make you feel at home. The modern design and bright colors in the bedrooms create a cozy atmosphere. It's perfect for relaxation and enjoying the sea views.
Personally, I would have preferred a different type of bathroom. But hey, that's just my opinion!

During my recent stay at a hotel in Platanias, I had a magnificent value for money experience. The cleaning was arranged on a daily basis, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment. The bed was extra large and incredibly comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The staff were exceptional, always ready to answer any questions and provide helpful information about nearby activities and public transit. They even went above and beyond by arranging a taxi for our departure. I am highly satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value and attentive service.
